Good to Great business coaching
The “Good to Great” business coaching program is delivered over a three-year period with your coach working directly with your leadership team once every quarter. The program is designed for owner managed businesses with at least 20 employees or more.
The potential problem
When a company has grown to this size a whole range of new challenges faces the business owners.
Generally speaking, if a company has grown from a startup to over 20 employees it is probable that the directors are already doing a lot of the basics well. We believe that many company owners struggle to move their business from “Good to Great” simply because they are not focusing on the one “Core Principle”.
This “Core Principle” when properly implemented has a significant impact on all areas of their business.
The potential solution
The program works on helping you to implement this “Core principle” while also improving your personal effectiveness and financial well being.
The program coaches the leadership team across 3 vital areas of development – personal, financial and business. It is designed so a coach works directly with you to challenge your beliefs and provide you with some unique tools and strategies to grow your personal and business skills to improve profitability.
Each quarterly coaching session has been designed to build upon the previous one. Each quarter between coaching sessions we will ask you to work on your personal and business goals with your co-directors and your business coach. Every week in between your quarterly coaching days your coach will call you to help iron out any points you may be struggling with.
You will, without doubt, face some serious challenges to your comfort zone, but it is in the area of daily practice outside of our comfort zones that we grow as people and professionals.
Why does it work?
Your coach will provide a strong support structure for change both personally and in your business. This support structure will help you in the days or weeks when you are seriously challenged. There will be times when you either hate or love both your coach and the people in your team for holding you to your commitments. Facing your challenges and meeting your commitments is the essence of driving change. However, at times your own knowledge, strength, and guidance will help others in your team.

If after starting the ” Good to Great” business coaching program you decide that it is not for you we do not force anyone to continue by applying financial restraints. Trust and commitment are essential to a coaching program. You are free to cancel your standing order at any time but we do ask that you give it at least 1 year before opting out.
